Can't believe I had to do this....Beardie clip

Like I title says, I can't believe I had to do this! Misha is a purebred Beardie who also happens to be a beach dog. She lives right at the beach and is in the water every day, needless to say she was a matted mess. Her owner finally broke down and asked if I could clip her, and after alot of serious thinking, I agreed. It really broke my heart to do it, but I think she turned out pretty cute! Her owner was thrilled, to the point of almost breaking into tears! What do you think?





And after. Thakfully I was able to save the beard!

Well she looks much happier and she can now go swimming all she wants. Good job! I hate having to shave dogs down too but sometimes its for the best.

she looks lovely...I did a male beardie today who looked almost the same...a country dog...great personality...saved much of his head but that was about all he could handle...burrs burrs everywhere lol
