Santa Paws

Post by Pixie Charm on December 15th 2008, 12:14 am

Hi fellow groomers! Well I brought my pup to see "Santa Paws" and it was so cute!! I had put on his favorite coat and boots to go there (it was -23 so he needed protection!) and I had painted his nails in Xmas Green! They took some pictures and gave him some presents! Has anyone else done this yet? Laughing

There isn't anyone around here that does this, I live in a really rural area though. I think I may do it at my store next year, didn't really have time to throw it together this year. We could charge $10 or something like that, then give half to the SPCA.

We normally do this at our salon, my hubby plays Santa. We didn't do it this year as we found with all the big box stores and the malls are doing it so it just wasn't worth the trouble. It was always fun, but just not enough people.

Yes we did charge for it, we had several different packages depending on what they wanted. We do photography year round and we send our pictures out for developing. If you have a photo printer on site I think $10 is more than fair.
