Do I really look that dumb?

O.K., I'm still laughing about this.

A customer arrived today and as she is standing in my little reception area she starts taking the collar off the dog. So I say "leave the leash on so I have something to hang on to when you leave" (knowing the dog is going to freak out when the owner leaves) So the lady says "O.K. Here, I'll just show you how it works" She then proceeds to show me how to work the buckle on the collar, which is a basic side release bukle. "just squeeze the sides and it pulls apart. Then to put it back on, just push the end together".

Okayyyy...Maybe you should draw me a diagram, or better yet, leave written instructions. Perhaps you'd better leave your number incase I have a problem and need you to come back and undo the collar for me.

HAHAHA, we had a man in last week that tried to show us how to work his flexi!!! Those are the greatest new leashs have you seen them yet!!! lol

There are some harnesses out there I swear you need a degree in to figure out....

I agree! I just leave them for the owners to put on the dog when they pick them up.

that is too funny... we have every type of harness in our store so I've gotten pretty used to them but customers still ask if I know how to put them back on.
