What is your policy regarding cell phone use...

Does anyone have a policy in regards to cell phone use at work. I have IC's, and sometimes i notice that the cell phones are constantly being overused. This drives me nuts, i'm planning a staff meeting where this issue will be addressed so i'm just curious as to what others do in there salons. I don't mind them keeping the cell with them, but i don't want to hear it ringing, nor do i want to hear them talking on it constantly. I realize that some of my groomers have children, so that is how they contact there mom, but when they are receiving calls ALL day from other people, i think that is a little overboard. Not only that, this looks tacky, it breaks there concentration, takes away time from there dog as well.
So tell me, what do you all think???

Cell phones are allowed during breaks and lunch. They wouldn't be allowed to use them in any other job to take personal calls so why should grooming be any different. If it is calls from children then answer it make sure everything is ok and that's it. How can someone be yakking on their cell phone and keeping the dog they are working on safe? That's my opinion.

I don't even answer my business phone if I'm in the middle of grooming a dog, I couldn't be bothered answering a cell phone.
