What is the going rate for a bather?

I'm just curious what the going rate for a bather is??? Does anyone else have a bather whom they pay hourly? I have one and i've been contemplating a raise but now i'm trying to decide if it is even worth me keeping her. I have to groom an extra 2 dogs a day to pay for her, and when i'm not working its costing me money. Currently she bathes all my dogs, then when i don't have any she bathes the others girls dogs. I've been thinking that if she bathes there dogs then they will take a 10% deduction in there commission of the dog, so a $40, they would make 20 instead of 24, this will help me pay for her to be there.
Thoughts???

I've had 2 excellent bathers in the last year. Both worked for $10 per hour. One ended up going to grooming school, the other went back to school full time. I would've paid them more if they'd have stayed longer.
