Drying ears.
I'm probably behind the times, but I have just discovered a good way to get the ears dry of those dogs that won't let the dryer near their heads.
I move the stand dryer back a bit, get a dry towel and rub their ears and necks with it. The dogs seem to really like it and the ears get dry quickly. You may already be doing this, but I was so happy to discover this, I thought I'd pass it along to everyone.

We do the same thing with some dogs. I find it is always difficult to get golden's ears dry, they seem to hold so much water. You could also try wrapping the head area with a towel to absorb some of the water while you are blowing out the rest of the coat.
