What do you do for relief?
What do you do to relieve those aching muscles? I go to a RMT (massage therapist) every 2 weeks. It is great for all those tired aching back and neck muscles and did you know that you can use it as a tax write off? I'm thinking that a spa weekend might be in store soon!!!

an 18 oz schooner of Dos Equis....
errrr...
What I meant to say is... All it takes to relief stress/pain for me is to treat myself to a movie or a special dinner or something... Some 'experts' may say that rewarding with food is unhealthy, but I don't agree....

I don't do anything right now.. and I am sore almost everyday. I have to start stretching before I start grooming I think. I don't have insurance and i can't afford any extras right now. My boyfriend will give me a massage if I ask nicely though!

Re: What do you do for relief?
I just started exercising at the end of January, into my fifth week. I think it is helping with any backpain I was having grooming. I am doing a cardio with strength training intervals. My shoulders definitely feel stronger. I also get a stability ball video every week from the library and have been doing that too.
But the best thing is a glass of red wine with dinner, very relaxing
