			<description>Hey everyone, I'm sure you've all had it at some point.  Was wondering if anyone knows of any stretches or exercises to help it loosen up.  It's right on top of my shoulder, close to my neck.  Have no idea how I did it, I figure it's from holding dogs up and such as it's on my left side and I'm right handed.  



I've got Sunday and Monday to recover and I really hope it's fine by Tuesday.  I really gotta start taking better care of my body, at this rate I won't be able to groom by the time  ...</description>

It is great for all those tired aching back and neck muscles and did you know that you can use it as a tax write off?
